Lisa was the sister of Matt Addison, a member of an anti-Umbralla organization. Because of his shady background, he was unable to infiltrate the Hive himself. He sent his sister to do the dirty work. She was killed by a toxic gas released by the Red Queen. Halfway through the movie, Matt goes looking for his sister. He finds her desk and she walks up behind him. Just like all the other Hive workers, she had turned into a zombie. She proceeds to try to make a meal out of her brother, but she is killed by Alice/Janus.

Resident Evil Remake (Gamecube)
Lisa Trevor's story truly is a sad one. I'll write up a synopsis once I replay REmake and get a few image caps.
